La relación calidad precio no existe. Está en muy mal estado (enchufes, puertas, luces...) El armario parece más bien un trastero. La zona de Triana para aparcar es imposible. Con el dinero que cuesta no me esperaba algo así.

- apartament w dzielnicy Triana, blisko mostu, i MERCADO DI TRIANA, przechodzimy przez most u już jestesmy w centrum Sevilli - dobra, bezpieczna lokalizacja - w pobliżu są bary tapas (polecam Blanca Paloma), supermarket Mas i Mercado di Triana - kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona - zameldowanie przebiegało sprawnie, odebraliśmy klucze, choć lepszą opcją byłoby chyba self check in - nie tracilibyśmy czasu na dogadywanie się z właścicielem o której przyjedziemy - to jest dobra opcja na 2-3 dniowy pobyt w Sewilli, choć miasto jest tak piękne, że pewnie zostalibyśmy dłużej

- mieszkanie nie posiada balkonu/tarasu - upewnijcie się czy działa spłuczka w toalecie, u nas była awaria, ale po otworzeniu mechanizmu poradziliśmy sobie, właściciel obiecał, że poinformuje odpowiedni serwis

Mantenimiento cero.... Muy mal estado Luces fundidas, puertas que no cierran, bañera orrible.... Pierde agua por todas partes.. Mesitas sueltas

Ubicación muy buena, cerca del puente de Triana. Se puede ir andando sin problema.

El piso necesita una reforma, tiene un aspecto bastante viejo y da mala imagen. Tiene múltiples desperfectos: el lavabo del baño no traga, la cisterna medio rota, etc, si los solucionan darán una mejor apariencia.
