"Easy, Relaxed in the inner city"

Everything from the arrival at the apartment, check in was smooth and easy. Joan was absolutely lovely. Loved the scenery from this apartment and walking distance to most attractions around the inner city. Only missed having windows that could open for fresh air but understand that being on the 16th floor this could be problematic. They do have centralized heat/cooling system.

I didn't like the way they handled room service which made us make our own beds and clean up our room.
