Die Nähe zum Wasser, den Restaurants, das einfache Check in und der gedeckte Parkplatz erachten wir als Pluspunkte.

Das Hotel und vor allem die Zimmer sind doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche ist eine Plastikkabiene mit Vorhang und im unteren Teil eine Art Sitzbadewanne. Das sollte dringend erneuert werden. Das Bad ist generell sehr eng, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist extrem schlecht. Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, der Aufgang zum Zimmer führt über eine enge Treppe. Das TV Angebot ist mit 6 Sendern, kein Netflix etc. doch sehr überschaubar. Wir sind der Meinung, dass das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt!

Top location very close to the Paihia Centre.

Chubb shower not great for older people, particularly with no hand rails. Few towel rails. 1 teatowel for 4 night stay? No written material for reference - e.g. tv channels available. This is important when no on site manager. Text instructions can be limiting and somewhat impersonal. 'Wash dishes before leaving' - I would hope that it would be done by all tenants to a good standard, if not attended to by the cleaner.
