That they failed to give us the house on arrival and left us stranded for 5 nights with no accommodation. This was because booking.com cancelled our booking on night one and then the owners tried to charge us an inflated price for the remaining four nights, in the hope they could skin us for more cash. We obviously refused to be ripped off and found other accommodation.
