"Câu chuyện máy nước nóng"

Phòng 100 thoáng mát, sạch sẽ. Nhân viên nói chuyện lịch sự.

Chiều thứ 2 đầu tuần nhận phòng số 100 lúc 5- 6g chiều máy nước nóng không ổn định. Báo 3-4 lần không có cách khắc phục. Khách sạn nói nước này xài năng lượng mặt trời có thể do khách xài hết rồi, (sáng hôm sau vào ngày thứ 3 chị chủ có nói thêm hết nước nóng sẽ bật máy chạy thêm) huhu vậy tại sao lúc ấy không ai vào ktra, không bật máy cho tụi em xài, phòng có bé 2 tuổi xài nước lạnh từ chiều tối rồi sáng hôm sau.... Đổi phòng khác vào trưa thứ 3, phòng có nước nóng ổn định hơn thêm 50k, nhưng phòng nhỏ hơn so với phòng cũ, toilet có mùi, sàn nhà nhớp nhớp chân. Đổi 1 lần mệt rồi nên không muốn phản hồi nữa.
