The room did not get cool and it was extremely hot in the breakfast area. There was trash on the floor in the hallway

USUSI loved that the staff was very professional and caring! They all had great spirits, and they treated you like family, which is very important to me. I will definitely be back.
I didn't like that the pool wasn't opened for use. The staff explained that it hadn't gotten a permit to use it yet. Also, maintenance failed to fix the toilet seat cover in my room, for which they were advised.

USStaff were wonderful, especially Ryan. Cleanliness was better than expected. Beds were comfortable and rooms were good sized. Bathroom was a good size as well.
Basic breakfast, thought there would be more options. Pool was closed, nothing on the website stated that. We booked this hotel so that our kids could use the pool, that was a little disappointing, but it wasn't a deal breaker.
