Location is perfect, next to a mall, walking distance to most places and easy to find the place with clear instructions.

Location was great because located just beside Ashta shopping center. The city view from the balcony was awesome

Where to start : 1. Required deposit money, nowadays even 5 stars hotels no longer required for deposit money. 2. I received the information about deposit money requirement thru my email and asking me to reply selection of VA or Credit card payment, but i cant even reply the email. I dont know where to make the payment and in the email mentioned i need to pay the deposit before i can check in. 3. I ended up need to search for kozystay customer service number thru whatsapp and asking them how to make the deposit payment. Me as customer, need search for kozystay phone number and asked how to make deposit payment i think so absurd. 4. Everytime we enter the apartement there is a pungent smell that smells really bad, not sure where does it comes from. 5. I waited 1 day after check out the status of my deposit money. There were no information to me about the status of it and nobody is asking me what is the account number to return the deposit money. Again i need to ask kozystay customer care about it, so far the reply is need to wait for 1-3 days. This is really2 not customer oriented service…

Excellent location in quiet area; next door to a mall with decent supermarket and restaurants. Apartment well presented and comfortable.

Perhaps provide a few coffee pods so guests know which ones to buy, or let guests know to bring their own.

Omg the host was awesome. So helpful and kind. The apartment was like a 5Star hotel. Beautiful, clean, safe. Staff was so kinda and helpful I was amazed.

No complaints. Only complement .
