"Lovely, but mainly due to being in my home town and celebrating with family."

Location was perfect and the decorated Christmas tree was a lovely touch. Lovely spacious living area, which we enjoyed in the limited time we spent in the apartment.

Underfloor heating didn't work, so had a couple of very cold nights. Host then delivered more electric heaters which solved the issue. Apartment is very sparsely equipped - a coffee maker of some sorts would have been nice - even a cafetiere. No blankets or extra bedding, no spatula to fry an egg, only 1 x saucepan that worked on the induction hob and literally 4 mismatching items of each cutlery piece. Cooking Christmas dinner was challenging to say the least. Having the only bathroom off the main lounge is not good for privacy and the gallery beds are clearly only meant for children as they are very narrow and short - this should have been communicated, as my 5ft10 daughter and I struggled (my 6ft6 son occupied the other bedroom).

Beautifully decorated property with lots of character. Perfect location with local amenities right on your doorstep. Heating in main living area wasn’t working, however the owner had already supplied plug in heaters so the property was lovely and warm on our arrival.

Could do with adding another sofa in the living area so everyone has somewhere comfortable to sit. Everything else was perfect.

Beautifully renovated and finished property with a comfortable living space, smart kitchen and two comfy bedrooms under arched beams, in an excellent location off Cowbridge high street. Dog friendly, off street private parking.
