Size and cleanliness of the property.

Some low windows open outwards with no safety mechanism. We have a 2yr old so were conscious of this.

Very nice. Clean and spacious. Good location. Nice touch with the items left for us. Parking area was good.

Needs a one seater arm chair. 4 of us on the sofa was a squeeze. Plus information on the heating system would be good.
