"Worthy."

The room and bathroom were super clean and cozy. Adele was very flexible and gentle. She even provided us indoor shoes and extra towels. No extra costs. The bus stop is less than 1 minute from the apartment and it takes 4 minutes to the main train station. It’s worthy for people who don’t mind about staying in a very local and not busy/touristic area.

"Lack of privacy / Not clean"

I would like to start by highlighting the positive aspects: the hostess was friendly and kind, the instructions given to me over the phone were clear, and shoes were not worn inside the house, which is very important to me.

Unfortunately, there was not much privacy, as my room did not have a lock but could only be closed with a sliding door. On the second night, when I returned, I found that my belongings had been slightly rummaged through (my train ticket was opened, and my clothes had been moved in my suitcase…). Unfortunately, I can't say who it was, as it seemed that the hostess was not the only one in the house—there was someone else as well (I heard a male voice), so during the night I slept with like a forniture in front of the door to close it. The house smelled of cigarette smoke, and the bed linens and towels did not have a pleasant odor (especially the sheets—the pillows smelled of sweat…), to the point that I had to sleep with one of my own t-shirts placed over the pillow. Unfortunately, for my next stay, I would rather pay a bit more and book a hotel room. After this experience, I can say that shared accommodations are not for me.

Hello, We are leaving apartment early , From photos it was mentioned private room with bathroom, however owner was living next to our room, so advertisement is misleading . the house owner is asking for every single things for extra. Even the water. My booking was for 2 adults and 1 child (9 month old). But in morning one lady called me suddenly and asking for child is not included and reservation for only 1 person, which is not true. Breakfast is included in our booking, I paid extra for the breakfast in my booking. I asked on chat that does they have vegetarian options, she immediately mentioned that if we want that we need to pay extra 5 euros, she didn’t mention even what they have regular in breakfast, so I didn’t confirm for any extra cost and just leave the conversation, decided to have whatever is included in our booking we will just have that if we don’t like, we will not eat. When she called, she asked for extra money needed to pay because it’s not included and mentioned that only coffee is there in breakfast. Check in is late was already accepted while booking, now on call she asked for extra money for late checkin. We denied to pay because it was already mentioned and cleared from the beginning of my booking. The landlord is staying here and keeping eye on us for everything, there is not privacy, booking.com did not mention that this apartment is sharing, we can’t use any utilities apart from bathroom and bedroom, than what’s the point to choose house instead of hotels? They asked for money for using microwave for 10 seconds to warm milk for my kid. Room doesn’t have hot water so landlord is offering it in extra cost. I didn’t wash clothes, I asked them but it was chargeable so I decided not to wash. My daughter made our clothes wet so I put it in open space and on called she mentioned to give money to put dry clothes on hanger. So with all this reasons I didn’t like this behavior to get money for every single things.
