Кондиционер прямо над кроватью, продуло немного. Очень высокий был подъем к вилле, но это не испортило наш отдых.

"All good, we had a nice stay, but this wasn’t t what we thought we were booking."

Appearing photos are just from the renovated area (much higher price), the rest of the hotel is fine, but completely different and much older. This shouldn’t t be happening when booking a room. You need to know what you are booking.

Rooms were completely different to the ones appearing on the pictures. They just promote a small part of the hotel, which is the renovated space.

Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und nicht sonderlich hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt außerorts. Man ist auf einen Roller oder ein Auto angewiesen. Die Handtücher waren teilweise zerrissen. Außerdem wurde nicht einmal Seife zum Händewaschen zur Verfügung gestellt. Für den Preis haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.
