Selbst eine Gefägniszelle denke ich ist grösser - keine Heizung - wlan zwar vorhanden aber viel zu langsam

The location was decent, quite close to the Center. And that was all that could be spoken about the place in a positive light.

1. The room provided was different from the one we had booked. Room was extremely small, damp (it was below the ground level) and claustrophobic, there were no cupboards, not even a table to keep your things on. We were told that all other rooms were full (even though they had accepted bookings for the same). 2. There was no heating in the room!! Host declined to pick up the phone twice and only responded through messages. They LIED that there was heating in the room, but there wasn't. Upon further insistence, they agreed to provide a heater, which worked fine. We were told that no one had lived in this room for months and hence there was no heating system available. (we were travelling in mid-November, when it was quite cold). 3. The wifi was not working and they had to be asked to fix the same. Even after fixing, it did not have the best connection inside the room. 4. The house overall, the corridors and the room were not very clean. The attached bathroom was extremely small- as bad as the size of the room itself!! Perhaps the worst thing was the unhelpful and deceitful behavior of the host, where they LIED that the room had heating (and there wasn't)!

The accommodation is extremely dirty. Nothing is like in the pictures. Disgusting!
