HOTEL GOLDEN ENTERPRISE 100 Meter from Golden Temple

I wasn’t given the room I have booked, bedsheets and pillow cases work out and not clean, issues with electricity A/C and sockets

The staff were amazing The location was excellent It's definitely amazing for those who appreciate history and can see the golden temple from the window. Walking distance to golden temple made it even more of an experience

Cleanliness - sheets and towels had stains. I was uncomfortable to use. Bed wasn't that comfortable

JUST NOTHING, THAT IS APPRECIABLE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY AND STAFF.

BOOKED THROUGH BOOKING.COM EXPECTING THAT THE PROPERTY WILL MATCH THE REPUTATION OF BOOKING.COM BUT PRACTICALLY DIDN'T OFFER THE PROMISED AMENITIES. WORSE STILL, STAFF WAS MOST ARROGANT, SEEN IN MY 45 PLUS YEARS OF TRAVEL & STAY IN HOTELS/RESORTS/RESIDENCIES ETC. JUST NOTHING, THAT IS APPRECIABLE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY AND STAFF. MY BOOKING WAS CANCELLED BY THE HOTEL, ON MY PROTEST.

Close to golden temple

A bit of a challenge to find but had number to call and was guided adequately

Location, room and the staff Raju Sharma helped me to get all what I needed. Excursions and general info.

Location map is not as indicated. The hotel is exactly in front of Hotel J R Grand (that is not the same)

-Specious room -The view from the room - WIFI -Elevator

-First they took me to another hotel to see a room and then in this hotel. - The staff at the reception asked me too many questions when I arrived and when I left , they even asked me what my destination was after Amritsar...ect The air conditioning in this room was not even connected to the electricity -The street that leads to this hotel
