Posizione comoda rispetto all'università che era l'obiettivo del mio soggiorno.

Il bagno è piccolo, non c'è areatore e la doccia è a pavimento. Al momento del soggiorno vengono fornite istruzioni molto ripetute riguardo al check-out, con particolare enfasi sulla restituzione della chiave nel box (mancato rispetto comporta una penale di 150 €). È inoltre richiesto di lasciare l’appartamento in ordine, con stoviglie lavate e rifiuti portati nell’area esterna dedicata. Le regole sono espresse con toni abbastanza insistenti e rigidi.
