Koda Apartment - Balcony - Great design and location

Amazing apartment in central location, very comfortable and spacious, highly recommended! Would love to stay again :)

This was a very special place to stay in. We loved the enclosed balcony, especially sitting out there and watching the snow drift down.

Everything was fine - no complaints

The apartment is small yet highly efficient - you have space for everything and won’t feel trapped at all. We really liked the design and appliances. It has everything you may need while staying there. The location is great - near shopping centers, supermarkets and like 150m from the stop of the airport shuttle bus. The beds are quite good and allow you to raise the bottom and top parts, which we find cool and added value. The floor was also warm, which when you come freezing from -15 ºC is amazing! We highly recommend this apartment. Price-quality is the besta round Rovaniemi, for sure.

We searched but could not find an option to control the temperature - we suspected it was a control near the bathroom but if it was, it had a missing piece. We felt a bit cold at night and wished we could set it a bit higher.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment with everything a single traveller or couple needs, as well as some very nice additional touches to add an extra welcome.

All of the little extras were nice even though not fully used. Quiet location and near the bud stop
