La piscina era bonita, y la habitación si no fuera por las hormigas estaba bien

Todo el cuarto estaba lleno de hormigas, repleto, el lavabo, el vater, el suelo, las paredes. Estaba en mitad de la nada, súper lejos de todo.

Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich, haben auch beim weiteren Transfer unterstützt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und hatten einen tollen Blick auf die Reisfelder. Das selbstgekochte Essen war super.

In einem Zimmer, direkt angrenzend ans Bad, roch es sehr muffig und auch die Wände dort, erschienen nicht mehr ganz trocken. Das Bad könnte ein Make-Over benötigen, zumindest mal eine neue Klobrille und ein neues Waschbecken sowie Duschvorhang.

I liked every aspect about the Dukuh Village Villas and Art. It is close to all of the shops and restaurants and other visitor opportunities Ubud provides but it is far enough off of the main strip to let you forget about the traffic and chaos of the multitudes. The property is peaceful and picturesque. It is pleasant and relaxing and it is quiet and peaceful both day and night. My room was comfortable and a nice size to operate within. The porch with chairs and a table was great for sitting and viewing the property and its surroundings. Each of the family members who own and operate the business are engaging, interesting and resourceful for answering all of your questions about Ubud, Bali and the history and culture of the Balinese people. The family patriarch is an accomplished artist and his paintings are on display in the onsite gallery (when they are not otherwise on loan and being exhibited at one of the public art museums in Ubud or in greater Bali. Motorbikes and bicycles are onsite and available for rent. Alternative transportation or shuttle service can be arranged on request. It was a perfect fit for me and my plans. I fully expect to secure a villa at Dukuh when I plan my next trip to Ubud.

I was so lucky to have a painting class with the master painter. Absolutely great.

Wir haben es genossen dem hektischen Treiben der Stadt zu entfliehen. Der kleine Bungalow war hübsch eingerichtet. Sauberkeit OK. Da die Anlage etwas Abseits in den Reisfelder liegt, können Fahrräder, Motorroller ausgeliehen werden bzw. der Fahrerservice des Hauses genutzt werden. Abends sitzt man auf der Terrasse des Bungalow bei völliger Ruhe und kann die Glühwürmchen über dem Reisfelder tanzensehen. Zur Erfrischung steht ein kleiner Pool zur Verfügung. Hier würden wir wieder vorbeikommen.

Het personeel is zo lief en spontaan, dat was echt fijn! De bedden waren schoon en was uitstekend!

De kleine min punt was toch de mieren, maar zolang je zelf geen zoetigheid hebt. Is het geen probleem. Zorg ervoor dat je je eten in de koelkast bewaard!
