Good location

Difficult to find at first, need better instructions

Location was great Great amenities Responsive host

Instructions for finding the place were vague. Would have been good to know it was next to the Parion Hotel as would have been a lot easier to find. Light in downstairs bathroom was flickering when on.

No air conditioner . It's not close enough to the center. There's bad smell in the apartment.

Ļoti karstā laikā varētu būt pagrūti, bet līdz, ap 30grādiem ārā nebija nekādu problēmu.

The people in the building are very nice and welcoming and Barkin was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions on WhatsApp even if it was at night so i appreciate that, The property is in a great location right next to the bazar and walking distance from the center about 15-20mins to get to the cumhuriyet Boulevard where the ferries and the Trojan horse statue is, also the vans that take you to Troy ruins museum and archeological site are 10mins away under the bridge with specific times and they are air conditioned and very organized so go on your own and don’t be ripped off by the tours online you pay half their price with the tickets and everything. The property has everything you might need except air conditioning which makes the rooms upstairs like saunas impossible to sleep in them and the fans are not enough because they were blowing hot air like a blowdryer set on hot, there was a heatwave while we’re there so maybe usually it’s not as hot as it is but honestly it was unbearable in the room especially upstairs. So just keep that in mind.

The only issue with the property was that we arrived when there was a heatwave and the sun is very strong upstairs which makes the rooms upstairs like saunas impossible to sleep in them even though, each room had a fan but they were useless because they were blowing hot air like a blowdryer set on hot.
