Domus Santa Caterina

La casa es bonita, el problema es que está muy descuidada, se trata de un loft pequeñito, estaba en general sucio, el lavabo del baño y la pila con cal, también nos encontramos comida y restos de objetos en general de otras personas alojadas, o eso creemos. La ducha tiene el techo con la pintura que se cae, y si mides más de 1.80, prepárate para ducharte agachado.

Very well located. Spacious room. Lovely neighborhood. You have almost everything in the the place (TV, kitchen tools..) Bed is comfy. The owner is very helpful.

We liked the location. Also the house was clean and suitable for us.

Our communication with the owner was difficult and she wasn’t helpful at all. We were searching for her in her telephone number in order to give us the keys and furthermore to one question we had for her she replied to us 24:00 (after 10 hours from our request).

The location is perfect - a wonderful, beautiful quiet street. There is a big market just around the corner and you are in the best part of Catania. You can have breakfast outside, in front of the appartment. It is exactly as advertised and good value for money. Serena is extremely nice and helpful - we could leave the bags till midday when our bus left. It was very quiet at night. When we arrived a big dog barked from the balcony above the flat, but the owner seems to keep it inside at night, it did not wake us :-)

There was a strong air refresher smell in the flat, too much and too intense for me, especially as you cannot air the place well.

Very easy check in and very nice area. Super clean and with all the necessary stuff in the kitchen to cook your meals. Very responsive host who responds promptly when needed. I’d stay again

À cosy apartment, on a cute little street, in a good location. A little oasis of calm 2mins walk from the bustling market and restaurants of via Filomena.

Clear and very central apartment! The decoration is nice and there were everything we needed and more. I recommend 100%
