The location is good - lovely view over the Baltic sea and close to many tourist attractions. The downside for some would be the vicinity of The amusement park Hansa - noise.. House was well equipped (the kitchen) and well maintained.

Payment in cash only...It was not stated when I made a reservation through booking com and it caused quite some problems for us and bad feelings about the place. The fact is I would not have booked a stay if I had known that we had to pay in cash. Definitely not a stay I would recommend for foreign tourists...they should not be advertising on booking com - as it is suitable only for Germans - all instructions are in German in the house and payment with cash is nearly mission impossible for many foreigners. Wifi - is very slow. The stinky smell from the fireplace in the kitchen - that they tried to fix by spraying Airbreeze in..The smell of some rotten animal lingered the whole week.
