Nivica 54 Luxury Apartment

A wonderfull apartment with stunning views, hotel quality bed linen and very central. Everything we needed at our fingertips. Our favourite was the balcony for morning coffee and sundowners while watching the stunning sunsets over the lagoon. The pool was super inviting, would love to try it in summer.

We loved the view and the apartment was need clean and spacious enough for us a family of 4. My girls loved the swimming pool and view from their room was amazing for them. The people were friendly at all times, no unnecessary noise. We loves having WIFI and we did not have any issues with connecting at all. Loves the fact the all the cutlery and stuff in kitchen was mark and numbered in order for us to know exactly that we knew where to put what.

Check out time, could be a bit later, 10h00 is very early,it's makes things a bit rushed. The on-Suite toilet was a bit too open for us

I like the ambiance. Was very nice, neat and tidy. Beautifully located an absolutely piece of Gem. Will definitely recommend.

The double bed matress might have to be changed in future. Please add a Fire Extinguiaher near the Indoor Braai...just for safety sake. Further...it is value for money.

Absolutely wonderful. The cleanest accommodation we've ever stayed in anywhere in the world. A well-appointed location and a very well equipped holiday rental. Lizanne's communication was great. Thank you for a most enjoyable experience.

Comfortable, just needs an aircon or a fan... was very hot and when you opened the windows the mosquitos ate you.

This is not ment as a negative. Its about the building But we found the bathrooms and there lay outs a weird design. But the apartment swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool really wonderful.
