The Lodge @ Peaceful Palms

Location is awesome if you want quiet, pool, great pool view, food & beer for purchase, laid-back staff, parking. Host provides transportation services if you choose to use it. Location and staff were superb for time away from downtown & busy areas yet close enough. All inclusive resorts nearby for daily resort prices.

Food prices could have been better but it's local dishes. Location not walkable much.

Be sure you understand the Hostel booking is a shared small space that accommodates up to 4 persons male or female

The house itself is nice and located in a safe neighborhood. I booked a dorm bed but the owner let me sleep in a private bedroom which was nice.

It was difficult to find the place. There is no signage and the owner of the property was not available and arrived an hour and a half after check-in. He seemed very busy with his own business and did not have time to help me, for example, order food. The property is far from the center and if you do not have a car you are simply stuck in the house or you walk 30 min to the center to buy food. The texi to the airport is 15-25$.

Staff gossiping about me and other guests business and about me having mental illness who pays for my booking and didn't offense anyone on the property

Staff was very unprofessional gossip was the order of the day,the yard man was not nice patting his head showing people I was mad no kitchen area no lifeguard on board use the pool at yours own risk

You get way more than you expect. Nice pool, good people, tremendous view and everything is very clean.

Wake up in the morning only to see mess in the toilet.that was used by another guest.and I taught it was done because of the stigma sourended me about mental health.the staff member was very indesepling.only love your money.many occasion I saw the staff member laughing patting there head.making Sig. unprofessional service.mixup love conversation and discussion about guest.business. price is kinda good concerning the location but it thinks something needs to be done.so I do something when I saw the yard boy stood at the gate making Sig for no taxi 🚕 to carry me.i taught.they where scammer.guess be very careful on where you staying

Staff was unprofessional gassing nothing confidently.and mostly they catering for white guests.i saw some colour guess who visited the accommodation but where treated differently from other guests.i have my feet down because am paying my money.i think that place is just for them getting a dollar 😔💰.to survive not professional.
