assolutamente isufficiente ed abbiamo trovato nella casa a disposizione solo una bottiglia piccola d'acqua per 2 persone arrivando in tarda serata per ritardo del volo. La colazione era praticamente inesistente: solo 1 piccolissima confezione di fette biscottate per una sola persona e solo 2 capsule di caffè. Il bagno era cieco. La casa ha solo una finestra piano strada per il ricambio dell'aria che non poteva essere tenuta aperta di notte per assenza completa di privacy. Pur essendo una casa per non fumatori gli ambienti avevano un forte odore di fumo.

La casa presentava puzza di fumo e non era possibile praticare un efficace ricambio dell'aria. L'aspiratore del bagno cieco era rotto ed il bagno peraltro si apriva direttamente sulla zona cucina/tavolo da pranzo, Si dovrebbe sicuramente provvedere a risolvere queste inefficienze e far trovare ai viaggiatori, che spesso arrivano in tarda serata negli alloggi, almeno il minimo rifornimento di acqua per la prima notte ed una colazione per la prima mattina. L'odore di fumo è inaccettabile per dormire essendo un unico ambiente senza riscontro d'aria.

The location, space and interiors were perfect for my elderly mom.

The check in was a bit wonky. There were no instructions to notify us that the room was on the outside and side of the building. We arrived after midnight and the address was to a door that is not an auto lock. Not knowing the area or property it took an hour to get in. Provide a map and or notice on the door.

Great location next to gulliver park, many bus stops nearby, to get to different parts of town. Easy check in.

Extra bed had hole in the middle. There was no broom. There is no place to dry towels at (heating ladder or something).

The apparent in the street with the long window and everyone can see you from the street. Recommended to manage to close the down part of window.

De ligging was top, je zit dicht bij het nieuwe gedeelte. Als je naar het oudere gedeelte van de stad wilt is het om een afstand van +-20 min lopen

Het bed was vrij klein, meer een 140 bed dan een queensize bed wat op de site staat. Ook stond er weinig wc papier en waren er weinig handdoeken.

Para dos personas es un alojamiento muy práctico. El apartamento estaba muy limpio. Cuenta con menaje suficiente para dos personas. Ubicación excelente, súper recomendado si quieres moverte por zona centro y alrededores de Ciudad de las Artes sin necesidad de usar el coche.

Falta algo de luz en el alojamiento y el aislamiento acústico podría mejorarse un poquito.
