Super Lage, gute Anweisungen per E-Mail und bei Fragen war sofort jemand am Telefon in deutscher Sprache. Es war alles vorhanden was man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt braucht. In der unmittelbaren Nähe ein kleiner Kiosk der sehr lange auf hat, ein Restaurant im selben Gebäude. Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage. In fünf Minuten ist man im Stadtzentrum, der Park angrenzend und der Strand auch in zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Lage.

Es war sehr schmutzig und hat eigenartig gerochen. Wir haben uns mit feuchten Reinigungstüchern und Duftkerzen beholfen. Der Tisch und die Couch haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich und auch sonst wäre etwas Zeit zum Renovieren erforderlich. Es ist an sich eine schöne Wohnung.

"Unterkunft für 2-3 Nächte ist ok. Kein Komfort Wohnung"

Die Schlüssel Übergabe war unkompliziert. Wenn man weiß wie man in die Garage reinkommt, gute Parkmöglichkeit.

Bei Fragen und Problemen erreicht man telefonisch niemanden, es wird auch nicht zurück gerufen. Schlechte Beschreibung wie man in der Tiefgarage reinkommt. Ohne zu wissen,dass man ein paar cm vom Tor einfahren muss um die aufzumachen, ist es unmöglich den Parkplatz zu benutzen. Beide Fernseher sind sehr schlecht konfiguriert um ohne viel Aufwand Fernsehen. Wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Toilettekasten funktioniert schlecht, Auffüllen dauert Ewigkeit. Im Schlafzimmer kein kleines Licht vorhanden um z.B. zu lesen oder wenn man Nachts aufstehen muss.

Es war alles vor Ort was ich brauchte. Der Balkon zur Strasse hin hat mir gut gefallen. Trotzdem war die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Schon die Lage zwischen Ortsmitte und Promenade war ideal. Zum sehr schönen Stadtpark braucht man nur über die Straße gehen.

Hatte Probleme mein Appartement zu finden, weil der Komplex über mehrere Eingänge verfügt. Das war sehr stressig. Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat mir dann geholfen, obwohl sie ganz allein war an der Einfahrt. Ich bekam ein Schlüsselbund mit vielen Schlüsseln,die nicht gekennzeichnet waren und von denen ich nur wenige brauchte.
