Good location. But none of the amenities worked.

NO ELECTRICITY. The day after check-in, there was a power outage. As a result, it was impossible to cook, the air conditioning did not work, there was NO INTERNET access, and there was no hot water in the shower. I was told that the electricity would be out for an indefinite period of time, making most of the apartment's amenities unusable. I asked the lobby staff if I could use Wi-Fi to top up my mobile balance and contact the host, but they refused. The lobby staff were not helpful and left a very negative impression. There were also problems with the digital door lock. At one point, I was unable to enter the apartment. I agreed with the host via WhatsApp to check out early due to the power outage and to receive a refund for the two unused nights. The host initially agreed, but then stopped responding. My messages and complaints through Booking.com have also gone unanswered. I eventually had to open a dispute with my bank and request a chargeback. During my one-day stay, I also saw two cockroaches in the apartment.

I was able to check in 2 hours early, which I thought was fantastic. Communicating with the owner was very easy, very responsive. The place is well equipped and well furnished. And in case needed there is a 7/11 across the road. Location is quite close to the night market (5-10 mins walk).

The internet dropped out during the stay, which causes some mayhem with the door lock, but luckily there was a backup plan in place, and after a quick message via the app, the door was opened. But that's not something anyone could have prevented.

Shower head is broken. Only 2 shampoo provided for 6 days for 2 adults Long waiting elevator around 10-15 minutes. Too crowdly
