"Strong smell of tobacco smoke and no compensation for inconvenience"

The apartment is small but tastefully decorated. Very easy check-in. Only spent one night.

As soon as we entered the room, a smell of tobacco smoke hit our faces. I complained to the hosts but they just said that unfortunately some people don't behave as they should... Didn't even provide a discount or any other kind of compensation for the discomfort. Unacceptable in my opinion! Other than that, free parking in the area can be found but is not exactly easy to find. Distance to city center is about 30 min walking and one goes through some very poor lighted areas.

- windows have no curtains, so you have to shut the blinds and it makes the room dark

"Nice, moderately priced apartment for a perfect family stay in Ferrara."

Modern, elegantly furnished, yet cozy apartment within the historical center of Ferrara. We were there for the master class of our daughter at Palazzo Costabilli and the location was most convenient. probably the best pizza in Ferrara just next door.
