"Mesmerising city views, homely comforts"

Gorgeous views, great location in the cbd, easy key card collection (clear instructions) and not far to pick up/drop off in relation to the properly. Property manager very helpful. Clean, well decorated. Overall a very present stay.

Only run in was the key card did not work in the elevator or the heritage hotel building at first. The heritage hotel management team were very rude and unhelpful. Upon contacting the property manager, he was able to help me out and I had no issues with the card after this.

Price, clean, kitchen facilities

Having to collect a key from another location- may only be 500 metres, but with hills, and baggage, and bad weather, not feasible to walk it. While collecting key, taxi driver waited for us as they said it was too far to walk.

"We needed a place near the ferries of the waterfront. This was perfect for that."

Well positioned - loved the heritage aspects of the room. And it was a really huge space. Had great views of the nearby area.

Some of the newer cheaper furnishings were already looking damaged. The wardrobe was full of extra housekeeping items & blankets etc. and wasn’t really usable. Maybe it is time to do a thorough clean (particularly the shower) and check on the apartment’s equipment & freshen things up again.

Excellent apartment in the heart of the CBD. Spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of access to the hotel pool and gym facilities.

The separate location to get the key card, but I appreciate the need to have somewhere that is open 24-hours
