Good location and very spacious. You can pay additionally for a garage in the basement.

Even though it was clean there were cockroaches (probably coming from the garage which is in the center of the appartment). 2 bedrooms and the kitchen overlook the garage which is in the basement, and one bedroom bas direct access through its' window to another appartments' balcony. You can hear the neighbors making scrambled eggs at midnight among other things. The decorations are a little creepy and make you anxious, especially at night.

Parking is a bit far and expensive. The other shower was partly broken.
