Hotel Glitz - Walk in from New Delhi Railway Station

Good location. Liked that I was able to get a kettle and some coffee and milk powder sachets. No towel but Ok because it is hot and aI used my own travel towel. Room stayed coolish.

Hotel was spotless, room quiet and well equipped.

I had good experience from the staffs there. All well behaved. Food and stay was very nice. The room was clean and spacious, and the host was very helpful.

Located centrally and good in all available facilities.

There was one member of staff that was incredibly nice and helpful

The aircon didn’t work and there was no window. Ordered a coffee and the man mixed hot tap water (which isn’t safe to drink) with instant coffee in front of us. We arrived two hours before check in to drop our bags. They let us check in early which was nice of them. But then they phoned our room two hours before check out the next morning and told us that because we checked in two hours early, we therefore had to check out two hours early. No one told us this on arrival
