Hotel Glitz - Walk in from New Delhi Railway Station

We stayed here for day. The hotel handled very well. Service was quick, and everything was well organized.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. Close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Rooms were clean and staff was cooperative.

we had booked 5 Classic triple rooms. Not even single triple room was given to us, whichever was given to us were very congested even for 2 people. Totally horrible experience. Hotel supervisor at 2AM suggested either stay at the room that they provided or leave immediately. We had pre-paid the amount, even then required rooms were not given to us. we had no option to cancel. we travelled from Bangalore not knowing much about the locality. Hotel is not accessible by cab/auto or any mode other than walk. we need to walk for more than half a km to reach cab/auto accessibility. they say breakfast is included, but it is as per their convenience. they provide after 9:30AM. We complained booking.com for refund of difference fare but all in vain. so please be careful while booking in this hotel

The hotel has a nice environment and is conveniently located near both the metro and the railway station. The room was good, and I had a pleasant stay here.

Chambre non prête arrivé à 14h, chambre triple de réserve je me retrouve avec une chambre double. Bouteille d’eau qui me paraisse pas neuve. Lit et sol sale. Il me dit que la chambre triple après la demande bien sûr que elle serait prête à 16h. À 17h30 chambre toujours pas prête. J’ai demandé un remboursement immédiat et j’ai changé d’hôtel. C’est une honte. + non indiqué mais aucun transport ne vous déposera à l’hôtel c’est une contre allée qui est accessible que à pied ou en scooter et encore…

Super Clean comfy room , helpful staff , short walk from train station . Will assist in tours and airport transfers . In the heart of the local areas surrounded by small alleys and local food . I loved getting lost wandering around .
