Bellevue Apartments I & II

The apartment has it’s own deck and view of the lagoon.

The floors creak.

It is self service apartment. It is using fans with no aircons. We were there in December and in the afternoons was too hot to be in the apartment. During the night we opened the blinds and all the windows and that worked very good. The accommodation is fine for 3-5 days stay, with easy access to the main beach and some restaurants

The apartment is spacious and is well equipped. The interior is tastefully done and bedding comfortable. Offers partial views of the Lagoon. Very nice large communal pool which was sparkling clean. Not used by many guests and thus almost like own pool. Convenient communal patio with table and chairs next to pool.

Guests would prefer two sets of keys as not everyone goes in the same direction and comes back at the same time. There are certain areas and sections of this sectional title complex that are not kept well or clean like the patio next to the common patio which was extremely dusty and not doing the property justice. The Gazebo’s on some of the balconies are really negatively affecting the aesthetics of the building and one that was broken kept making noises due to the wind. There was only one grid for the common braai facilities at the pool.

I usually travel with all my basics as there's usually not what's advertised, so it was a nice surprise and appreciated the fact that the basics were there and nice small touches like the sourdough bread and the milk & water. Everything was so clean & tidy, and all the necessities was there for our weeks stay.
