Konumu, evdeki imkanlar güzel ütüsü çok iyi ütülüyor. Klimalar çok iyi soğutuyor. Dekorasyonu güzeldi. Ev sahibi çok kibardı. Civarda otopark yok ama merkeze park edip 200-300 metre yürüyünce varıyorsunuz.

Ev biraz basık bi yerde olduğu için sürekli havalandırmak gerekiyor aksi halde nem kokuyor. Yatak ve koltuk aşırı sertti baya zorlandık uyumakta. Ayrıca temizlik daha iyi olmalı. Özellikle duşakabindeki kireç ve pas lekeleri temizlenmeli, silikonlar yenilenmeli.
