Beach & Harbour View House

The location was amazing right in the centre of Weymouth and everything really accessible by foot. The views from both sides of the house were amazing, looking to the harbour from one side, the main beach the other

It was deep down dirty. The floors had been washed and vacuumed but the carpets were filthy - need a clean, as did walls etc. great cracks in them. The kitchen drawer was dirty. There weren’t enough chairs in the living room for four people, it was very uncomfortable. It seemed the effort at furnishing went into the two enormous and overwhelming TVs. The wardrobe was packed with stuff so couldn’t hang any clothes in it. It felt like a student shared house. The towels were damp so weren’t much use. If I’d been paying 50quid I’d have expected something like this. Luckily we only stayed one night I wouldn’t have stayed more.

It was very run down and dirty. Very small bathroom with a dirty shower. Basic things like dusty mirrors, dusty skirting boards and dirty windows to stained carpet and bedding and a grubby bathroom.

the property felt a little tired could do with a makeover really overall was a bit tatty shame really as the location is spot on

Cleanliness an issue, needs a deep clean throughout. Could be a beautiful apartment.
