Very comfortable home, clean and spacious. Basic, but equipped with everything that we need. Host is very helpful and quick to respond. Had a problem with the wifi and they quickly sent a staff to assist. They also provided toiletries and enough towels for 7 of us in the home. Nice view of Penang City from the balcony. Easy and quick check in and check out process.

There are only 2 lifts for the whole building to use. Sometimes need to wait for quite a long time for the lift.
