Nice and spacious apartment which is well maintained. Facilities are modern (gym, rooftop swimming pool, play ground, ...) Host gave a great service to compensate the fact that the washing machine didn't work.

The strict rules on entering the gym regarding residents vs guest, children -18y and mandatory to wear sportshoes (if you are not running).

Safety and security is good, can accomodate alot of people. Clean and comfortable especially the bed, theres washing machine so can bring less clothes.Definitely in consideration to rebook in the future.

The only downside is the towel is not enough as we travel with people of 7 but the towel only have 5pieces. More chair if possible for dining table.

The location was right for us. The place was relatively quiet, did not get much disturbance from traffic sound. Ample sleeping arrangements for 8-10 people, while we only required for 4. Came with electric hot stove, microwave oven, oven and fridge. also had a washing machine.

The air conditioning in the master bedroom was not as cooling as the rest of the unit, did not managed to get a good night's rest. Perhaps the positioning of the air conditioning unit was not right? So decided to sleep in the living room's bed instead.

House is big, good location, etra beds, towels

The swimming pool is under maintenance, utilities is pretty bad in conditions.. weird outside it looks like executive suits but inside building need some good maintenance. Very punctual agents haha

Really worth for money. Vry clean n comfort. Suitable for family stay. Really enjoyed with our vacation in Beacon Excutive Suite.
