Eternal Waters at Laketown Wharf #1221 by Nautical Properties Vacation Rentals

We liked the location. It was close to other restaurants, stores, and beach. The condo itself was nice, spacious, and with great view of the beach.

The sink in the master suite backed up. Eye lashes and other gunk surfaced. Also the shower drain needs repair. The broken tile scratched my foot. The wristbands did not work. We had to get them activated. The front door could use painting. Extra pillows would have been nice.

Location

Had way too many issues that I should have never had to address. They should have done a complete walk through of the condo and they would have known all the issues prior to our stay.

1221 was a disaster due to getting flooded by water from an unknown source

We had a much better stay once moved to unit 1812

The host was great and we had left a important stuffed animal behind and she is going to mail it back to us .the room was very roomyeveryone had there space

There hot water had issues got hot when ever lol and the pressure to fill up the hot tub (wasn't going to happen to slow ) I was looking forward to relaxing after everyone went down. and just some black mold in the vents noticeable Also No one tells you about the parking pass and armbands until after you book that you have to pay a extra 80-120 dollars for them cause you can't get on property with them So on top of your rental fee and then all the extra fees. Pleading fees, property taxes, this fee that the they don't mention the parking pass and the armbands. You have to pay for extra. After your confirmation they send it to you

The elevator was broken. Only 1 worked and it always a long wait to get in the one that was working.

The view was beautiful and very convenient to the beach. My babies really enjoyed the pools at the wharf! The condo was clean and I loved that they provided the hand soap and dish soap. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very spacious for my family of 10 people (6 adults/4 kids). The unit was very beautiful and decorated nicely. The host was very responsive! The pictures posted were accurate.

The shower head in the master bathroom was defective. I reported it and they sent someone out but it was not repaired during my stay. The appliances in the kitchen (griddle & some of the pots) need an update or replacement. The ice machine on the freezer did not make ice. I went during the 4th of July holiday and maybe that's why the elevators had such a delay. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend to others!
