The instructions was provided perfectly and to the point.

When I entered the property, the cleaning was not happened. It was having dirty and used cups etc in the sinc. Bed, pillows, blankets were used and not cleaned. No towels found.

Clean and modernized.

An exceptionally clean house with great amenities. The host made getting the keys very easy. He was/is very attentive to the guests and what it takes to make a memorable experience. The house is very close to some incredible restaurants in the area. It’s about 35 minutes outside of the hustle & traffic of San Juan. I highly recommend staying at North Breeze, much better than a hotel.

The only issue that came up was one that had absolutely nothing to do with the host or the house. A neighbor’s dog would not stop barking. The host contacted me a few days into my stay to check up on how things were. I mentioned that everything was going well with the small exception of the dog. The host apologized and apparently later spoke with the dog’s owner. To my surprise there was not an issue ever again. Clearly a host that takes his guest’s stay seriously.
