Stunning apartment. Very spacious and really well equipped. Huge balcony overlooking the pool and Lake Como. Swimming pool a decent size and never busy. Parking space a bonus. There are lots of steps down to the lake but once our neighbour had told us the short cut through the back of the property along with the gate code it was a pleasant walk down.

There was nothing to dislike. The only negative comments concern communication from the agent. Prior to arrival communication was good but on the day was very poor. We had completed our forms online as instructed and agreed for the office to ring us via video call on the morning of arrival to verify our identity. No one called at the agreed time so we started our journey. We were unable to reach the office by phone as no one picked up or replied to messages so we had to drive to the office to collect the keys. The office is in Como, an hours drive away from Menaggio. The office eventually rang us when we arrived in Como, gave us the key code and we then had the hour drive back to the apartment. Their lack of communication cost us a further 2 hours in the car. There was no apology. I would recommend anyone in future stopping in Menaggio and ringing and ringing the office until they pick up to avoid a wasted journey. We also did ask the office for the key code to the back gate. They gave us an incorrect code. Our neighbour was more helpful in providing it luckily.

Great location and views of Lake Como, would recommend staying here. Plenty of space, very comfy beds and all the furniture was extremely comfortable. The highlight though was the outdoor balcony which was huge and perfect for sitting out for breakfast or relaxing in the evening after a long day sightseeing. Included a parking space which is rare for Como

Fairly long walk from the centre up a steep road, but the views more than make up for the walk. The back gate is the quickest way to access town but the hosts didn't provide us with a code for the gate until we asked. The bin in the kitchen was also small for 4 people for 5 nights so it filled up quickly and there was nowhere to put it when it was full. It would have been good if there was a waste bin outside etc

Condo itself was very nice and clean. Good size rooms and balcony was spacious with amazing views over the lake.

Location required walking uphill on cobblestone about 20min with small portion of walk on the road without sidewalk which was dangerous. Would be nice to have drier in addition to washer.

The view was amazing and the apartment was beautiful

Location was a little difficult to get to but was worth it for the view and the apartment was just perfect with everything you need

After the initial shock of getting to the property it was a delight. The landlord advices of the shorter access which we thought was a no entry but the residents used. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is spacious and was very quiet as there weren’t many people around. The views were amazing.

The initial access and the number of doors one had to lock and unlock 3 each time to get in and out. There are also a flight of stairs down and then up to get to the apartment so if you have large bags be prepared.

Amazing facilities. Clean, fully stocked with all you would need in the kitchen , games, lounge , furniture on balcony etc About a 15 walk ( make sure you know short cut out of back gate plus walkways) to the town. Bit steep on way back but manageable Great balacony and view. Great pool and sunbeds which we often had to ourselves Prompt responses online to queries Really would recommend 👌

Hosts need to let you know passcode for back gate to walk to town easier Recycling instructions could be clearer ( some are bi weekly and you don't know which week it is. More recycle bags needed Jacuzzi not warm

The view is absolutely stunning & responses with queries are very quick. The communal areas are fabulous.

The second bedroom is very small for a couple. The shower flooded but it was fixed very quickly ! If you have a young family I would recommend a car as property is high up (this was great for us)

Fantastic views, very clean and spacious. Great balcony with lounge to chill out on and just listen to the birds. Comfy beds and beautiful soft towels. Washing machine was also a great plus, when you are away from home for 3 months like us.

Everything was super! Great apartment with excellent location and view! The apartment is even better than it appears in the photos! Nic from the staff was super helpful and professional! Really enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommended!
