The cabin was wonderful! I didn’t give a 10 because the 1st cabin we had, the air did not work. After speaking with 4 people over 5 hours we were finally moved to another cabin which was great!!

The location was great . We have rented cabins in Gatlinburg for years . This cabin has to be my favorite . It’s new , clean and the price was less than other cabins for the same amount of time .

There honestly was nothing at all that I didn’t like about this cabin .

"Stay here!! You won’t regret it!"

We loved this stay!!! It was clean and so nice! We were traveling as a family of 4 with my sister in law and her family of 3 and there was plenty of room for us all! My kids (ages 6 & 10) had a blast and didn’t even want to leave the cabin to go do things! So we really didn’t leave much. Loved the arcade game, pool table, hot tub and jacuzzi tub so much!! All the king beds were comfortable and blankets and pillows were excellent we all slept so good. The separate ac controls were great so everybody stayed comfortable and we LOVED the fireplaces. Hot tub was excellent and clean. Everything you could need in a kitchen. Location was perfect!! 5 minutes to be right in town in gatlinburg. They even called to make sure my stay was great! Stay here! You won’t regret it!! We will most definitely be back.

My only complaint is the shower. I was so excited for the giant shower in the master but the shower head is sooo small all the extra room is wasted and it’s cold and miserable. And stays cold in there. Please upgrade the shower heads! And adding another head would make it perfect!! Also the Wi-Fi never did work or maybe it was just slow but we all had service and the tvs worked great. And bring your own tp if you do not like sandpaper. Still great and we will be back!!

The house was absolutely beautiful and clean, Eden’s Crest was very accommodating and quick with responses! We enjoyed the location as well.

The only thing I didn’t like was we didn’t get internet on our phones. (Not a huge deal)

The place was dirty when we arrived . . Had to do a little of our own cleaning . The power went out and nobody could tell us anything besides give them a second
