Posizione comoda vicino la stazione di Borgo Panigale, strada privata e silenziosa, pulizia generale, bagno grande e comodo, letto comodissimo, c'è l'ascensore nel condominio per salire al primo piano dove è situato l'appartamento, c'è un parcheggio 100 metri prima nel caso ci si rechi con la macchina, un ottimo bar 300 metri più indietro.. Si hanno a disposizione piatti, stoviglie, bicchieri ecc Forse l'unico suggerimento che posso dare è di mettere a disposizione degli ospiti qualche bustina di tè e qualcuna di caffè solubile, anche nel caso in cui si arrivi tardi la sera e non sia aperto il bar che sta 300 metri più indietro

Zu wenig Küchenutensilien. Was fehlt sind z B Kaffeemaschine bzw Bialetti, Schneidbrett , Sieb, Zitronenpresse, und ähnliches.. Etwas Gewürze, Salz, Zucker für den Ankunftstag wäre schön..

The location was great as it's right next to the trainline. The apartment itself was very comfortable and functional. Communication with host was seamless and you felt very safe.

Had grown accustomed to Italian coffee so a moka pot would have been handy.

Sara was very helpful and accommodating with any request I had. The property had what I needed.

I had a great stay at the apartment! It was clean and well-equipped, especially with all the necessary dishes. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to both the train and bus stations. It’s only one stop (about 5 minutes) to the central train station and just 10 minutes by bus to the airport. The neighborhood is safe and clean, with a LIDL and several coffee shops within walking distance. Sara, the host, was very helpful and professional. She provided a company invoice before my arrival and gave clear instructions for everything. One small suggestion: it would be great if Sara started using WhatsApp, as communication through the Booking.com app can be quite slow. Highly recommended!

I needed a place to stay on my way from Pistoia to Bologna airport. It was easy to access. Close to the airport. It was clean, in a residential building. It felt safe. The hist was very helpful and kind.

Sara is a great host, she was very nice and helpful. The apartment is cozy and clean.
