Reservamos, hicimos el pago, y a la hora nos llamó que no estaba disponible porque ella estaba fuera, nosotros llevábamos un viaje de 12h en el coche, queríamos solo dormir y madrugar para seguir nuestro viaje, la chica no nos dio soluciones, solo nos dijo q ella no podía devolvernos el dinero ni en Bizum ni nada. Que eso ya no era competencia de ella, acabó hablándonos mal y sin ninguna solucióncon se lavó las manos… que estaba hablando con los de Booking y que nos llamarían. NADIE NOS LLAMÓ. Nos devolvieron el dinero a los 6 días. Si vas con el dinero justo para viajar… que te cobren 130€ y no puedas hacer nada ni que te los devuelvan para reservar otro sitio es una putada muy grande… No lo recomiendo para nada
