Wir erhiehlten ein Zimmer Upgrade und hatten ein sehr schönes und grosses Zimmer. Michela war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns auch Empfehlungen für die Stadt gegeben. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.
