Oceanview Efficiency DW709

The room itself was nice, very clean when we got there and the location was great! Right on the ocean! It was quiet during the week, and fri was a little louder, but that was outside. Good view and good price! I will be recommending this unit to my friends, and I will be booking it myself again in the future!

I never got my welcome packet from booking.com (not the owners fault), but there was no one there to explain to me where to go or how to get in when i got there. (There is no front desk help as each unit is now individuality owned) Once I got ahold of the owner, everything was fine. We did rent for a week and could have used more paper products, toilet paper, and paper towels, we ended up just buying them ourselves. The hottub and pool were closed, but that would have been wonderful to be able to use.

I loved that the Host was very informative and quick to respond. Room was very clean. The employees were helpful.

we loved having a kitchen and being able to cook for ourselves, it felt very cosy and was a lovely area. we had trouble getting in at first, but that was sorted very quickly and efficiently! the staff were lovely too.

there was no hoover, we bought in sand by accident and it made walking around feel gross

The sweet lady at check in who was very compassionate, patience and kind to ever guest. I’m sorry she is employed in such a disgusting facility but glad she was there to calm down every guest with same complaints

The facility from the time we pulled in was rundown, busted and disgusting. The room that was assigned look like the scene from Boys in the Hood ( do you wanna see a dead body) the only thing different in the room they reassigned me to was the beds had sheets on them, which were stained still had crumbs in them. Every inch of the room had mold. none of the appliances worked. Maintenance had to come twice the pools indoor and outdoor were closed. This was the worst Myrtle Beach experience ever.
