"Climatiseur HS proprio fantôme"

La résidence est ok

Climatiseur en panne, plusieurs messages envoyé au proprio qui a jamais repondu. Sans parler du balcon qui a etait fermé pour faire une salle a manger, c’est une serre. Je parle meme pas des infos erronés envoyé pour le depart.

Bonjour, Le jour de mon arrivée la boîte a clés été obsolète j'ai été obligé d'aller chercher un hôtel jusqu'au lendemain.je vous demande de bien vouloir me rembourser cette première nuit suite à cet incendie. Merci Cdt.
