NZThis place is up for sale even saying that it is immaculate. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed. Just a suggestion it would be nice is to show where the nearest laundromat is.as most likely we all like dry towels and i don't like using a heatpump to dry washing
No dryer, so use laundromat anyhow. Plus no spare sheets as would have been nice to make it before leaving e【//-⁸

AUNZWe loved how the whole inside is new with a cute little sun deck out back. The house is so well appointed, and much thought has gone into every little detail. We appreciated the comforts. The queen size bed is super comfortable with lovely linens and nice pillows. Location is very central, across from the hospital. We felt secure and cozy. We’d love to stay again soon on our next trip to Wellington.
NZThe Hosts were amazing and the house was close to the hospital, only a 2 minute walk. It was nicely set up and decorated and I didn't feel like I was in a hotel, I felt like I was in a home and everything we needed was at the apartment

Given that it is a rennovated home, the windows do let in a bit of sound from the road. This didn't bother us at all, but it could be problematic if you have children that are light sleepers.
