Nothing the caravan had a stale smell on arrival and was not clean

Smell,there was mould and curly hairs in the shower and bathroom the fridge was filthy the kitchen grubby Every wardrobe has dirty bedding in so was unable to use I had to clean it before we could stay and only stayed 1 night and found somewhere else

Easy to find, nice caravan park.

The caravan was not properly cleaned, the floor was not cleaned, sofa smells bad the mattress has some stains on it. Definitely need some work on it. The boiler was unstable.

The property was okay for the two nights we stopped there. The location of this caravan was amazing and the van was spacious.

We had to bring our own tv as the tv provided by the caravan owners had a led marking in it so it looked like it would break at any given time. The one bedroom door would not completely close. The top step to get into the caravan is slightly broken. The bedding all smelt weird and it’s all just shoved into the wardrobes so you don’t really know if it’s clean or not. So I would recommend bringing your own bedding and towels. Beds were quite uncomfortable.

DONT BOTHER WAST OF MONEY, We arrived at 5pm booked for 2 nights stay till 7am the next morning and left, Where to start it was filthy food in microwave, cooker n pots dirty, hair everywhere stains on all mattresses n carpets, shower full of mold windows and doors didn't close properly very unsecured. Rubbish still left in bins tv was broken green lines allover it no battery's in remote wardrobes full of dirty bed sheets, broken steps into the caravan my 6 year old fell off the top one as it almost slid off. I had to buy cleaning products to clean before we could use anything even a cup, fridge is very dated wasn't even cold frozen box door broken off. When we contacted the owner we asked for refund but was dismissed told we was being unreasonable we tried to compromise but no he was extremely rude and in so many words called us liers but we took photos and still he wasn't bothered. Complaint has been taken to booking.com customer services awaiting a reply.

The park was an okay location.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The steps into the Caravan are broke, which resulted in my son cutting his leg open. The kitchen worktops were sticky. The mattresses had weird stains on them aswell as pen marks. It was dirty throughout. The cuttletry in the draw had hair on them. The TV was broken, no remote batteries and the grill was broken and hanging off. Paid for a 2 night stay, we left after 1 night as we realised in the evening the issues. Explain this to the owner and the owner has just disregarded the complaint and won't ever any refund or compensation and is also ignoring Booking.Com when they try and get in contact with them.

Location very relaxing

Perhaps some outside seating would make it perfect and the tv needs replacing

It was so clean, surrounded by lawns and amenities and loads of activities. Value for money.

The only thing annoying was that the swimming pool was closed on a busy Sunday for a whole day. Parkdean Resort can do it on Monday when most people check out

Great location on the site, close to the centre. Cleaning was ok and comfortable inside. Pillows and duvets looked new and clean. Large seating area. Plenty of plates and kitchen bits. There was hand soap and toilet paper which I wasnt expecting. Arrived early and was able to get in to the caravan early which was a god send with 3 kids.

It’s what you expect for a the price, the caravan is older and looks it’s age with a few wear and tear issues. The under counter fridge is old and freezer door falls off. Theres a Tv but it makes a buzzing noise and had green lines down it when switched on. There no outside seating, a bench would have been nice. No batteries proved for the remote.
