Oceanfront Efficiency T507

I did not stay at the property. The security guard gave off serious creeper vibes, the building was dirty and disgusting. When I got the code for the door and went to the room, I was not happy and did not feel safe. I have pictures to back up my comments. I would like a refund for this stay.

The ocean view is fantastic. Very nice to be able to enjoy the view and the hear the ocean waves.

After being told by Bev that she couldn’t give us an early check-in due to “not wanting to rush the cleaning staff”, we arrived to a filthy room. It was completely disgusting!! We contacted the # provided and Gary and he came, took pictures of the food crumbs on the floor and embedded in the rug. He made the decision to remove the rug and swept. It still needed to be mopped but we didn’t want to spend any more of our vacation time waiting for something that should have been done prior to check in. We had to wear shoe/socks using our stay bc of the uncleanliness. It truly made me question weather anything was clean. Good thing we brought our own pillows and blankets. 2 out of the 4 elevators were broken and the main hallways were always trashed. It was truly gross. The contract said there was a strict no smoking policy, but weed smoke was always present. We tried to leave the sliding glass open for a few minutes and the weed smoke came in the room. We had to immediately close the door. The room has nearly ever out in use. How do you expect patrons to plug in their stuff? Additional, there are extension cords plugged into extension cords. This is a major fire hazard and a code violation!

The beds were nice the view was nice as well over the balcony.
