"Great place, horrible host"

Great location easily accessible from the train station.

Host was basically unresponsive. Didn't get check in instructions or building code until 530 PM when i followed up. Was waiting with my luggage until then - i had asked multiple times if i could leave my luggage there at noon until check in. Just absolutely poor communication.

The property was very well equipped with all facilities and very comfortable for a family. The house was spacious and very well decorated. The check in details were very clear and communications by the host were timely

- great location, close to station and supermarkets

- it was quite cold in the house and we didn’t wanted to put on heater as the air coming out of it was extremely stinky - some of the mattresses were quite dirty - in the bathroom not a lot of shelves/hooks

"Superb"

Lovely spacious house. Some board games available which was a nice touch. Clean enough. Great location. Kitchen facilities were really great.

The blinds let in some light so I didn't sleep well in the early morning. The tatami could have done with a vacuuming as I kept finding hairs on my socks and bedding.

Spacious and the facilities were good. The house was clean and cozy.

The washlet's warm water setting didn't function. Wifi was not working in the morning before checkout. Parking area was tough to locate and had to waste considerable time.
