The view from the top of the Unit and the weather.

We arrived and couldn't get into the unit as your lock box was faulty. We asked the gentleman for assistance over WhatsApp, he's response was he's not there and the staff had already left. He just said the lock box should open and didn't assist any further. We then tried for another 30min and still couldn't get into the unit. We then phoned the lady that sent one of her workers to help us open the lock box for the key. He himself couldn't get it open and had to go and get a hammer to bang it open in order for us to get into to Unit, we had to wait an hour just to get inside the Unit. We were advised that the sons of the owners sell wood and would deliver to us, we bought wood and it was at the Unit, but none of the wood would burn. At least check what you sell to your clients and check if the wood actually burns before selling it to your clients. The power in the Unit tripped very often and went out completely in the middle of Saturday night and then the water all of the sudden also ran dry. We sat without power and water and just decided to pack up and leave. They couldn't even put a working fan in the bedroom in the middle of summer. This is absolutely unacceptable to give clients this tipe of service. The place is not as in the fotos on booking.com. everything is worn and not kept up to standard. I would not advise anyone to go to these facilities. Myself and my family were very disappointed with the overall stay.

Loved the concept. The location is good.

The pool was dirty, algea growing in it. The "river" was dirty and breeding place for mosquitoes.

We liked the braai area and the little private pool. The location of the unit is near the Spar and Chameleon Village, and it's quick to get to the other side of the dam wall.

The road was a little rought to and from the place, not suited for an ordinary car, my car is quite low and we scraped our way there. The Bathroom could use a glass at the shower because the whole floor floods when taking a shower. Somewhere to hang towels to dry would also be great.
