Please note to inform the apartments about the estimated arrival time in order to arrange a key collection. The apartments are located on Św. Krzyża Street, Szpitalna Street, and neighboring streets. All apartments are within walking distance of our reception, and all are located in the Old Town. The reception is located at Floriańska 39 Street. Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card for the amount equivalent to the first night of stay. This amount can be used to cover any damage to the property. The facility reserves the right to charge an additional fee for excessive cleaning after the departure of guests, including additional cleaning services. The property is located in a busy area and guests may experience some noise disturbance. Please note that the property is located in an area with limited car access. Access to the facility is possible at certain times.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.
