Very nice appartment close to the train statin and in walking distance to the old city. Big rooms, very comfortable. Nice helpful staff.

The regulation of hot water in the shower is not ideal - it is hot for some time and suddenly it gets colder and hot again... Microwave is missing in the kitchen.

Owners are exceptionally helpful people with a very good command of the english language. The apartment is top notch, super clean and with all the necessary amenities and more. The location is excellent with a 5min walk from the train station and only 7 mins walk from the old town.

We managed easily but two flight of stairs can be a problem for older people.

The property was immaculate and exceeded all our expectations. After an Airbnb booking fell through last minute, we booked here, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The property is much more spacious than it appears in the photos. There’s a lovely balcony accessible from both the sitting room and the bedroom, perfect for morning coffee or a drink before dinner. The location was perfect—just a five-minute walk into the heart of Monopoli, yet quiet enough at night for a good sleep. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and breakfast snacks. The host was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions about Monopoli and providing excellent advice on things to do. They gave us a fantastic itinerary of restaurants for pasta, pizza, dining by the sea, places to drink, and spots to dance. They truly went above and beyond for us. I couldn't recommend this place more!

One tiny thing. There’s no lift and the apartment is on the second floor so keep in mind if your suffer with mobility. But it was only a grand 10 second walk up the stairs for us.

Nice house, very spacious, good position.

Nothing to say about the house. The lady that showed us the house, tried to boost up the price, after we had one extra guest. We clearly heard on the phone that her boss told her what we should pay extra for the extra guest. She tried to boost up the price, and after we confronted her, she started attacking us saying we were wrong to not notify them we had an extra guest. Which, had nothing to do with her trying to screw us on the price.

A beautiful spacious apartment in a perfect location. Just outside the old town and close enough to main roads to go for a drive to other locations if required a really ideal spot and we'll likely book again.

Nothing I could suggest

The apartment has 2 rooms and a large living room, so for us - 4 adults and 2 babies - it was perfect. The Monopoli train station is just 3 minutes walk away, which is really comfortable, if you would like to visit Bari or Polignano. Also the most popular beach, Cala Porta Vecchia is just a 15 minutes walk away, as well the historical city. You can find restaurants, shops, pharmacy - basically everything is close by. The hosts were super nice and helpful, if we had a problem they answered in minutes and solved. The beds and the sofa-bed are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped.

The street can be noisy during night, but nothing extreme, just scooters and that kind of stuffs.
